A non-refundable £100 booking fee is payable in order to secure any wedding booking and a non-refundable £25 booking fee is payable to secure any other booking. This will be deducted from the overall cost.
For wedding bookings a further non-refundable deposit of 50% of the remaining balance is payable at the time of the trial. The booking fee and deposit will be deducted from the overall cost, which is to be paid in full 1 month prior to the wedding day.
During peak season (March-October) I operate a minimum booking amount of the bride plus 2 others for makeup & hair or the bride plus 3 others for makeup or hair.
Any changes to the number of clients on the wedding day booking must be finalised in writing via email and confirmed with Kimberley at least 28 days before the wedding otherwise the total cost will be payable.
Travel over a 10 mile from LS19 is charged at 50p per mile.
